Then cuts to a overview aeral view of London and Sam who is now residing in London to soon to marry her fiance Danny Brackett in the next day. The two killers will not be aware of Stu Macher being alive, the two killers will also question on the killings they have not done and refer them to 'probably the cult fanatics killed them', During the reveal of the two killers and the speech, they get a call shortly after with Ghostface on the phone, when Stu Macher Ghostface appears it turns into a free for all as he kills both of the other two Ghostface in the most brutal way, Stu Macher found their methods of killing offensive to the Ghostface legacy.
The intro plane sequence will have a homage and reference to the original Final Destination (2000) with some easter-eggs, quotes and nods, also the composer of this movie 'Brian Tyler' who had composed previous Scream (2022) and Scream 6 movies has also composed the last previous two Final Destination movies. The other similaries is that both Scream 7 and Final Destination start the movie with the characters getting into a plane.
Devon Sawa also appears as a main supporting character in Scream 7, he is brought into the franchise to be a spiritual-successor to Dewey Riley whom will appear will likely appear prominent in the future Scream movies too, Devon played the main character in the original Final Destination movie.
The Kill Count in Scream 7 will be the highest in the franchise so far, the kills will also be much more shocking, bloody and gruesome.

Tim Allen was confirmed to have a small cameo in this movie, it was leaked that his role is a receptionist at the Weskers Studio. This cameo is a nod to Carrie's Fisher cameo in Scream 3.
Skeet Ulrich, Jamie Kennedy and David Arquette return in this installment in a Sidney's Dream Sequence Scene cameo scene, Skeet Ulrich also reprises his role as Billy Loomis hallucination of Sam and Matthew Lilard returns as Stu Macher as the main antagonist.
There is a chance that the Sidney Dream Sequence scene will be a Ghostface nightmare and Dewey and Randy will get killed off again but in a much more emotional and gruesome way, this would give both Dewey and Randy another emotional death scenes, other characters such as Gale and Mark could also be in this nightmare sequence too. This sequence was to pay tribute to The Nightmare on Elm Street franchise to Wes Craven, the scene will have Elm Street vibes to it too.
During the finale with Stu Macher shock reveal, Sam's hallucination of Billy Loomis becomes surprised and makes taunts to Sam about Stu. There is a chance that the legacy characters Sidney and/or Gale if they survive will also witness Stu's return.
