"Washington Jr. heads to Frisco, Texas where he quickly realises the respectable suburbs are full of people with money, ambition, and probably a few things they’d rather keep quiet. Beneath all those polished surfaces, he finds a hustler’s paradise.
Soon, he recruits an ambitious protégé, a loyal driver, and an increasingly oddball collection of associates to turn small scams into a much bigger business. Naturally, making money is easy. Keeping it, and staying alive, is another matter."
